A completely new residential concept, within the ring of Amsterdam within cycling distance of the bustling center. An affordable new-development home in Amsterdam has long been a utopia. However, we have some great news! Your Tiny loft will be created at Cruquius. The Tiny Loft was created from the idea of offering maximum living comfort on approximately 24 to 30 m². An apartment with a smart layout and hybrid furniture, so that you have space where you are at that moment.
Smart living on a prime location
A residential complex with 52 Tiny Lofts will be built on Cruquiusweg, near Bottelarijstraat; an affordable smart building on a prime location – within the ring – of Amsterdam. On the ground floor, “the refrigerator of the neighborhood” is intended: a small city supermarket where you can get some fresh olives, a meal salad, bottle of wine or things for breakfast. There is a closed off shed for bicycles, located on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. Around the corner you will find Het Pompengebouw and Huisje Insulinde with horeca establishments and cozy terraces, Het Ketelhuis with the Amvest Studio, and play facilities in the form of a nature playground. The original buildings have been renovated and rebuilt with special attention to preserving the characteristic details and the exotic past. Move in ready & unique
The Tiny Lofts are unique. The houses are delivered complete with: a floor finish, painted walls, kitchen, cupboards, bedside furniture and a complete bathroom. Of course you determine the style yourself, because you choose the color of the hybrid furniture yourself. Just like the desired floor color, the color of the counter top, the kitchen cabinets, the floor and wall tiles in the bathroom to the color of your washbasin. By using the height and making walls and furniture movable, the space can always be used as smartly as possible. The built-in part will soon be available on site (as a mock-up), so you know exactly what to expect.
Smart living
The layouts of the Tiny Lofts are almost identical. When you enter, you have the bathroom on one side and the bed furniture on the other with a closet, your refrigerator, space for your washing machine, two pull-out wardrobes and no less than 1 m³ of hidden storage space. The fixed kitchen part with a sink, dishwasher, combi-microwave, hob and extractor is placed against the bathroom. In addition, there is a sliding part, so you can close the kitchen completely when you are not using it. This means extra space in your living room! Don’t worry, the fridge is under the bed furniture, so you can always reach it! Simply in your own Tiny Loft.
Outdoor space for everyone
Another nice thing: everyone can use the communal outdoor area. Each floor has a south-facing terrace of approximately 9 m² where you can meet your neighbors. That does not alter the fact that most Tiny Lofts have a French balcony. The apartments on the west side on the 6th floor even have their own terrace. Enjoy the evening sun!
